- I ran 5x 1 mile repeats and 1x 1.5 mile repeat for a total of 11.5 miles. i took the Bloxx a little earlier about mile 4.5 and it definitely helped me run faster repeats and keep my speed up right to the end. ran the repeats at 9.3-10 mph. this is faster than last week.
